Development in sport is a subject which is growing every day and taking more importance in our society in general, the investment into sport in developing countries is less than in developed countries, as sport development is usually not a top priority in the national budget or in the education system of most developing countries and this is the main problem of sport development in those countries.

“My name is Clarence Pérez Diaz,I am Swiss and Spanish, I was born in Geneva, I studied in Switzerland, Spain and Germany, playing professional volleyball in the first spanish league A and B, and I have recently graduated as a Masters in Advanced studies of Sport Administration and technology in Lausanne, AISTS. My internship experience with the International Tennis Federation in African countries gave me the opportunity to see and understand sport in a different way, THE DEVELOPMENT way of sport!
